Selling sophisticated products, attracting elusive customers, and changing rusted on behaviours; they're my things.

These are the briefs where you have to collaborate, and you always learn (a fundamental part of being happy, if you ask me). It’s also the best way to create ideas and experiences that make a real difference to people and brands. It’s fun too.

I'm a sleeves-rolled-up leader, even though I normally wear t-shirts. I encourage my teams to be fearless, and always lean in to help them through the sticky bits. Ultimately, I look for answers that deliver for the customer, rather than someone’s ego. Even my own.

I’ve recently returned to the UK after seven years at M&C Saatchi Group in Sydney, and I'm now freelancing and consulting in and around London. I'm also loving watching football at 3 in the afternoon, rather than 3 in the morning. Simple pleasures. Sydney has changed me however, thanks to four years of yoga I’m now as flexible as a sack of dry cement. A big improvement, believe me.
